New Year, New Season
As baseball nears, we all start to bustle. We already won a Superbowl, now it's time for a world series. But, all magazines still predicts the O's will be last or fourth place. If you ask me, Toronto isn't going to make much progress, the Red Sox started a curse and of course the Yankees will always be good.
I have really high hopes about this season, also. After 2012's season I am pretty confident that the Orioles are going to progress to a much better team. They may not be that good, but over time it'll progress to a bigger, better team. I don't like when people say "they were lucky" because wouldn't that mean the Yankees or Nationals were lucky too? I am also mad that they didn't give Buck the manager of the year award. After waiting for an hour with countless commericals, I wanted to die. Bob Melvin didn't deserve the award because Buck tried. Bob just sat around not gaining a relationship with the teammates and probably let them use performance- enhancing drugs for all I care.
New year's brings new changes. The Giants got rid of Brian Wilson, no more fans wearing beards... and "The Freak" got a hair cut and glasses so I guess he lost his title. But new seasons bring new beginnings. Robert Andino traded to the Mariners. A shocking yet, good decision. I guess Andino let the fame live up to him after the Red Sox game. Mark Reynolds, a better choice. Reynolds only striked a fire for only a couple of games every once and awhile. If you ask me, the O's should let go of Brian Roberts his health isn't going to stay at the same rate. The orioles should definitely keep J.J Hardy, who is a target eye of the Tigers, I wouldn't do it for the money after all he got a Gold Glove.
