MATT WIETERS UPDATE- Opening day is unlikely, for the catcher recovering from Tommy John surgery. He is expected to be able to play, hopefully on April 11th against the Blue Jays most likely as a designated hitter if he's unable to catch. Wieters did experience some soreness after being behind the plate for the first time, but the x-rays came back clean. The Orioles are in no rush to get him to play.
