This is a big surprise. I would be expecting Davis to finish before Trout. Davis was a value player because he hit over 50 home runs not to mention RBI's. How is that deserving for 3rd place in the voting? Trout, yeah he could hit and maybe they are still looking to last season (where he did that GREAT catch at Camden Yards) but this is now:
Chris Davis never did anything like that. He never let down Manny nor his team like that. I really hope if fans were allowed to vote for this they really had some consideration of how many plays Trout could not do. I really hope it guilts them for the rest of their life.
Yeah, I understand Chris Davis can't get every award out there but if your really deserving of it then yeah. I am not saying 3rd place for the awards a problem it's just I expected less votes of Trout than Davis. Trout didn't seem really as stellar as last year's season but I really don't know because I don't pay attention to him and his team...
