Why It Sometimes Sucks to Be An Orioles Fan
1. Being sweeped by a rival team- the rays, red sox, or yankees
2. Dropping down a place or becoming tied.
3. Watching the final out of a close game on television. I don't want to talk about it.
4. Missed opportunities. I'm looking at you Jim Johnson.
5. When you have to hear even at Camden Yards yankees fans booing the Orioles. So we do the same things we do there at yankees stadium.
6. Not being able to go on Eutaw Street even though you drove at least a couple 100 miles and took the metro just to get there.
7.You have to tolerate a lot of hate.
8. Not being able to see your team have the ability to be predicted a place they earned in a sports magazine.
9. The sports critics saying the Orioles were "lucky" well without the persistence of the fans and motivation of the players, how could they just being "lucky" it was the Orioles chance for once.
10. You get laughed at for no apparent reason. Haha the Orioles lost last night, oh did you see the missed play where Jones blew a bubble. Do you really think I didn't? Did you see Ichiro miss that home run an inch away from his hand? Well you thought it was acceptable for me so then it's acceptable for you too.
Why It's Good
1. Admit it, we brave losses and streaks much better than you do. When the yankees loose it's always the umpire's fault. We take everything that went right and forgot about went wrong.
2. You're not the only fan out there. You realize there's an empire of fans going through the same exact thing.
3. There's players like Jones, Davis, Wieters and others I can count out that try hard to make a combat even if they're loosing 3-0 or 9-0.
